My goal is to set a price that is fair and reduces any barriers there are preventing you from getting the photos you want. I also want to reflect the value of what you will receive. The pricing is determined by the number of pictures you want and the time is only a suggestion. Families, Couples, and Portraits
Mini Session- $75

Base Session- $100
(35+ edited photos)
Extended Session-$150

Special Request
As an outdoor adventurer, I am happy to discuss opportunities for outdoor settings and unique situations (ie. rock climbing, backcountry, etc.). The package price may be reflected in the accommodation based on the total time, travel distance, and other factors. But don't let that deter you! I am happy to work with you to achieve your vision!

Travel
-A fee of $0.25/mi will be added for any locations beyond the Pocatello/Chubbuck, Idaho area.
Real Estate
Small House (1-3 bedrooms)- $100
Medium House (3-5 bedrooms)- $125
Large House (6+ bedrooms)- $150
Additional Structures (i.e. barn, shop, etc.)- $25 each
Breakdown of Services
-Total Photos (20+)
-Bedroom, Master Bathroom, Kitchen, Living Room (2-3 photos)
-Front/Back Exterior (2-3 photos each)
-Other rooms (1+ photos)
-No pictures of the Garage/Master Closet unless requested (for privacy)
-Photo Editing
Of note: I will not perform cleaning services. I reserve the right to temporarily "declutter" a shot but will return items to their original location. If the house is deemed to be "too messy" to quickly declutter, pictures will be taken in the house's current state.
